The Acha foundation in patnership with other institutions help formulate ICT policies that will postively impact such communities. Under priviledged communities need to be empowered with innovative knowledge-based development strategies based on new models that have either been tested else where or new ones that have the potentials of improving the livelihood of the concern

Strengthening Education Management

The current educational system in Cameroon makes it very hard for students to familarise themselves with this technologies through a compulsory process. It is thus the foundation's prime objective to help facilitate and provide the knowhow to the most vulnerable schools that might not stand the chance of benefiting from any governement sponsored scheme

Research

If poverty and the gab between the rich and the poor is to be significantly reduced, governents in the developing countries especially those in the Sub Saharan Africa must double thier efforts and investment in aquiring knowledge information and communication technology.
Welcome to the Acha Foundation

The Acha Foundation is a not-for-profit organization founded in 2005. Its main objective is to positively impact the lives of those leaving in disadvantaged communities, by providing them with tools, knowledge and opportunities that will ensure a sustainable future.

The Acha Foundation has identified as one of its key objectives the need to reduce the digital gab between those in such communities and the rest of the world.

In partnership with other reliable partners, the foundation has embarked on a range of projects all aimed at reducing this information technology gab with special focus on countries in the Sub Saharan Africa.
